the staff were both very amiable and affable. the room was spotless and brand-new and included a minibar, a multi-channel tv, and a writing desk. the hotel was in a perfect location right by the night market which is great as well as the ancient town center. and it was just 1 km from hoi an ancient town.

I absolutely loved the beautiful decorations throughout the hotel. The attention to detail was impressive, with elegant furnishings and lovely artwork on the walls. The hotel's general areas were also very accessible for senior people like myself, with wide hallways and comfortable seating areas where I could relax and take a break. It made me feel like I was staying in a luxurious and welcoming home away from home.

I would have appreciated a better vacation for senior people if the children working there could offer a wider range of activities specifically tailored for our age group.

I recently stayed at a charming family-run hotel in Hoi An for a few nights. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the old town and the famous Japanese bridge. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, providing suggestions for local attractions and ensuring our stay was comfortable. The bathroom in our room was lovely, and the shower was great. Plus, they even offered private trips to explore nearby areas. it was a delightful experience.

I always stay at this amazing place in Hoi An. The staff gave me a local food delivery number on my first visit. It has everything I need: Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, outdoor pool, and flat-screen TV. Perfect for my city break.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, very close to the night market and the ancient town center, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious, with a choice of American or Vietnamese dishes. the rooms are equipped with modern amenities such as air conditioning and refrigerators.

The hotel does not have a lift, so those with heavy luggage may find it difficult to carry their bags up to their rooms.

I had a pleasant stay during Thanksgiving. the owners were very welcoming and always available to help. the location was a plus; it was close to the night market and a few minutes walk from the busy areas. the room was modern with a smart TV and strong shower, making it a comfortable experience.

Dirty furniture and little space for the luggage. Although the room had a balcony overlooking the river, the furniture was not entirely clean, and I had to wipe it down before use.

The location was key, just a short walk to the river boats and night market. The rooms were very cute, and the balcony had a great view. The small pool on the ground floor was an added bonus.

The bathroom could use better ventilation to prevent mold from building up, and some rooms had a strong earthy smell. the room doors had a translucent glass that allowed some light to enter from the hallway, which made the room not completely dark even when the lights were turned off.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful and even helped me organize my trips via WhatsApp. The location was perfect, being very close to the night market and the old town. The cleanliness was fantastic, and the hotel facilities were top-notch.
